Pumpkin-Spice Pear and Yogurt Parfaits


  • 1 3/4 cups (425 mL) Vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) Honey
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) Pumpkin spice
  • 2 Small ripe pears, chopped
  • 1 cup (250mL) All-Bran Multi Grain Crunch* cereal
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) Toasted chopped pecans


1. Stir together yogurt, honey and pumpkin spice.

2. In four 1-cup (250 mL) Mason jars, layer pears, yogurt mixture, cereal and pecans, repeating layers twice. Serve immediately.

- Substitute walnuts for the pecans if desired.
- Alternatively, turn parfaits into bowls, by spooning cereal, pears and pecans over pumpkin-spiced yogurt.
