Description Kellogg's* Guardian* cereal has a hint of maple flavour and contains soluble psyllium fibre which contributes to healthy cholesterol levels.

Ingredients: Whole oat flour, sugar/glucose-fructose, whole wheat flour, psyllium seed husk, corn meal, wheat bran, fancy molasses, salt, modified palm oil, calcium phosphate, natural and artificial flavour, vitamins (thiamine hydrochloride, niacinamide, d-calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, folic acid), minerals (iron, zinc oxide). BHT added to package material to maintain product freshness.
